    1. St. Botolph’s Church and its Parish St. Botolph’s is a moderate-sized mixed city and suburban parish within the City of Cambridge. The church community is a dedicated body of worshippers that engages in a range of witness, and social and outreach activities, an important aspect of which lies in. There were times when the noxious gasses that emanated from the decomposing corpses could result in tragedy, as was the case on 7th September , when a grave digger by the name of Thomas Oakes, set about excavating a grave from the soil in the churchyard of St Botolph’s Church in Aldgate, on the eastern fringe of the City of London.

St Peter’s Church Upper Beeding, St Nicholas in Bramber and St Botolph in the village of Botolphs. St Peter’s Sele Priory was a monastic community of Benedictine monks, it is now the parish church for Upper Beeding. St Nicholas is the oldest Norman church in Sussex and is part of Bramber Castle.

Botolph's church is a lively evangelical church situated on the edge of Kettering in the village of Barton Seagrave, Northamptonshire 'the rose of the shires'. We meet together for worship each Sunday at am, 11am and pm and on the third Sunday of the month at 8am for Holy Communion.

By the 13th Century almost all references are to “St Botolph’s Church” and the 14th Century saw the final official reference to “St Peter’s Church”. By a process of association, the village took the name of Botolphs. The name Annington also survives, as a hamlet between Botolphs and Bramber.

Botolphs Cemetery lies in the Adur Valley, within the South Downs National Park, long recognised as an area of outstanding natural beauty.

It is a non-denominational cemetery and was created by the Parish Councils of Bramber, Steyning and Upper Beeding in Augustunder the Trusteeship of the Joint Parishes Burial Board.
